The New Britain Branch NAACP Harriett Tubman Youth Council is holding an Open House on Thursday, June 29th, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. At the evening of fun and education, young people are invited to enjoy food, make new friends and win prizes.
The Open House to to allow young people to learn reasons why they should join the NAACP Youth Council, including great opportunities and programming that will be offered by the Youth Council.
The New Britain Branch NAACP Youth Council will also kick-off its 2018 ACT-SO season (Afro-Academic, Cultural, Technological, Scientific Olympics) with details shared in future meetings.
The Open House, which is free and open to the public, will be held at the Diaspora Multicultural Society, Inc., at 90 John Street.
