There will be an open house for incoming sixth grade students at Slade Middle School on November 28th, 2017.
Families are invited to, “meet the Slade staff and community partners to discuss how we can support your child’s emotional, academic and physical development to be successful during their middle school years.”
The Open House will be at 6:00pm. The Slade School is at 183 Steele Street.
At the Open House, families will be introduced to the academic and unified arts programs, performing arts and athletic programs and extracurricular activities.
The school says that, “Together, we here at Slade Middle School, work very hard to foster the whole child to be successful in anything and everything they do.”
The Open House is presented in partnership with Mega Education, Criollisimo, city Parks and Recreation, Community Health Center, United Way, New Britain Coalition, Police Explorers, New Britain Roots, Whitsons Culinary Group, YWCA and PTO.
