2019 Bees Schedule Announced

The 2019 Bees schedule of games has been announced by the New Britain Bees organization.

While baseball fans may be thinking about the Major League Playoffs of this season, the Bees franchise is looking forward to next season already.

“We’re very excited about this year’s schedule,” Bees General Manager Brad Smith in announcing the game schedule, “and celebrating the 2019 season at New Britain Stadium.”

The Bees will play 140 games in 2019, including seventy games in New Britain.

While the Bees season will begin in April, their home opener will be held on May 3, 2019.

Most home games are planned to start at 6:35pm, except for Sunday games, which generally start at 1:35pm. There will be two double-headers, on May 29th, with split admission, and on September 8th with single admission. There will be a game on Labor Day that will begin at 1:35pm.

The team says that game start times may be subject to change.

The Bees say that they, “will host a pair of ever popular Baseball in Education Days on Wednesday, May 15 and Wednesday, May 29, with both games scheduled for 10:35 a.m. Two Summer Camp Days have been announced as well for Thursday, July 18 and Wednesday, July 31, with both contests slated for 12:05 p.m.”
