With Thanksgiving around the corner the New Britain NAACP and Bethesda Apostolic Church are holding the Sis. Kay B. Davis Annual African American Senior Citizens Pre-Thanksgiving Luncheon.
The Luncheon will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 12:00pm.
Organizers of the event say, “You are invited to come out and celebrate food, fund and togetherness with us.”
The Pre-Thanksgiving event is held in honor of Mrs. Kay B. Davis, who was a widely admired community leader in New Britain for decades.
Ronald P. Davis, who is a son of of Mrs. Davis and President of the New Britain Branch of the NAAP, said, about the Luncheon, “If you are 55+ you are invited. rsvp by Nov. 14th.”
