The New Britain Police Department and the New Britain Police Athletic League (PAL) have announced that they will host a Thanksgiving Luncheon for people in need.
“New Britain Police Department personnel along with volunteers from New Britain PAL will be orchestrating the event,” the Police Department announced, “Serving traditional holiday foods for members of our community in need.”
The Luncheon, which the Police Department says, “will consist of traditional Thanksgiving fixings,” will be on Thanksgiving Day, November 22, 2018, from 11:00am to 2:00pm, “or until the food runs out.”
The meal will be served in the Police Department’s Community Room at the New Britain Police Department at 10 Chestnut Street.
“This lunch is a great opportunity for members of our community and the police department to meet one another during the Holiday season,” said the Police Department. “Join us for a Thanksgiving feast!”
