“We need your support to carry out our many community initiatives,” says Altrusa of Greater Hartford, “including scholarships for seniors in the Greater Hartford area.”
The organization adds, “Come do your holiday shopping – get some unique gifts and decorations.”
The organization’s Greater Hartford chapter is a part of Altrusa International, which is a community service organization. It says,
We believe that everyone is able to make a positive difference to the world around them. We can each volunteer our time, or donate our money, towards worthy causes. Our individual efforts are small, but they matter.
