PAL Football, Cheer and Karate Registration Open
The New Britain Police Athletic League (PAL) has announced that registration for its football, cheer and karate programs are open.
“Registration for Football and Cheerleading will take place every Thursday evening at PAL between 6pm-8pm,” said the PAL program in a recent message.
“Registration is $25, $50, and $75 depending on age/level. Discount ends June 1st,” PAL continued. “Cheerleading teams will fill fast and are subject to team availability. Registration for Cheerleading can close at any time if rosters are full.”

Summer practice begins August 1st with practices during the month of August five days a week, 2 hours per day. Practices will generally start between 5:30pm and 6:00pm based on coach schedules. We switch to a three day practice schedule when school begins with games beginning the first week of September.
The PAL program is affiliated with Pop Warner.
PAL also announced registration for its karate programs. PAL Karate, for children ages seven and older, will begin on April 15, 2019 for the program’s Monday, 6:00pm sessions. Friday sessions, at 6:30pm, will begin on April 19th.
PAL’s Little Ninjas program will begin on April 19th. For children ages three to four, there are two classes available at 5:00pm and 5:30pm. There is a 6:00pm class for children ages five to six.
PAL Karate has an online registration form. Registration forms for both cheer, football and karate are available on the PAL website.
PAL, a nonprofit organization run by the New Britain Police Department, says that its mission
