North-Oak NRZ to Hold Meeting, Planning Clean-Up
The North-Oak NRZ has announced that its regular monthly meeting will be April 25th, as it prepares for its May 4th community clean-up event.
The NRZ’s monthly meeting will be held at 7:00pm on April 25, 2019.
The meeting will be held at the neighborhood’s Police Substation at 99 Oak Street.
The North-Oak Neighborhood Revitalization Zone (NRZ) meets monthly, allowing area residents and others involved in the neighborhood to discuss neighborhood concerns, like blighted buildings and crime, and to work together to advocate for activities and the well being of area children.
The NRZ is organizing a community clean-up event on May 4th, continuing its longstanding activist efforts to improve quality of life in the area.
The clean-up event will be Saturday, May 4, 2019. It will be held from 9:00am to 12:00pm, with a free continental breakfast served before the activity from 8:30am to 9:00am. Those participating in the clean-up will gather at the neighborhood Police Substation at 99 Oak Street.
The North Oak NRZ is a community organization, formed under state law, that is committed to the social and economic progress in the North-Oak neighborhood. The NRZ can be reached at [email protected].
