The popular springtime tradition, the New Britain Rose Garden Festival, will bring music, food and celebration to Walnut Hill Park again in 2019.
The 2019 Festival will be held on Saturday, June 15th, from 5:00pm to 10:00pm.
“Dine, drink and dance among the roses,” says the city Parks and Recreation promotion. “Enjoy live music and be sure to bring your appetite!”
“There will be delicious food available for purchase by many of New Britain’s popular restaurants,” the promotion added.
The event will have two musical performances. Latanya Farrell will perform from 6:00pm to 7:30pm, and the Neosound Band will perform from 8:00pm to 9:30pm.
Tickets for the twenty-one and older event is $7 in advance and $10 at the door. Tickets are available at the Parks and Recreation office in City Hall at 27 West Main Street and online.
The rain date for the event is June 22nd.
