New Britain Hurricanes Youth Football & Cheerleading has announced that will being holding its 4th Annual Flag Football Clinic.
The Jr. Canes organization says that the program is about, “Introducing boys and girls to FUNdamentals flag football skills.”
The program is available for girls and boys, ages 4 to 7.
The program is to be held on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at Chesley Field at 95 Wildwood Street. the program is from 10:00am to 12:00pm, with a 9:30am check-in time.
The Jr. Canes say that the program is free, but, “Limited spots available, first come first serve.”
The Jr. Canes have an online sign-up form, bit.ly/JrCanesFlagClinic, for the program.
Also on July 25th, the Jr. Canes are planning a Cheer Meet & Greet event, “For ALL Registered Jr Canes Cheerleaders,” The event is to be at 10:00am, also at Chesley Field. “Confirm your attendance,” the organization says, at an online sign-up form, bit.ly/CheerMeet_Greet.
New Britain Youth Football & Cheer, Inc. says that it,
is a not for profit organization formed to provide children living in the community the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sports. The primary goal is to develop young men and women; who through participation in the program; will progress into New Britain High School football and cheerleading program creating a feeder system that will focus on the student-athlete as a whole and produce successful community contributors as well as fundamentally sound athletes.
