Editor’s Note 7/22/2020: New Britain Parks and Recreations has announced that, “Tonight’s Summer Music Concert featuring Shaded Soul has been postponed until Tuesday, July 28th at 7pm. See you then!”
The “Shaded Soul Band” is the next performance planned at the 2020 Summer Music Series in New Britain’s historic Walnut Hill Park.
“Get ready to rock with the Shaded Soul Band,” the group says. “Come hear some new material we have for you to dance to!”
For many New Britain residents, enjoying evenings of live music played at the Darius Miller Bandshell is one of the joys of summer, and it is one of the activities returning after the shut downs from COVID-19 pandemic.
The music series offers performances on Monday and Wednesday evenings, from July 1st to August 31st. The performances are from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
But watch the weather forecast, as early predictions say that there could be thunderstorms this evening, July 22, 2020.
The Shaded Soul Band, scheduled to play on tonight, July 22nd, says that its,
