Schools Set to Open September 1st for 2021-2022 School Year
It may still be summer, but the Consolidated School District of New Britain is reminding New Britain families that the start of school is around the corner.
The school district remind families that the start of school is less then a month away, “and we want to make sure you’re ready!”
The school district has already published the calendar for the 2021 to 2022 school year, and has announced that September 1, 2021 is the start of the school year.
Saying that it wants to provide families with, “all of the latest information as we get ready to welcome our students back on September 1,” the school district has announced a web page, “CSDNB Back to School Guide: Everything You Need to Know.”
Asking, “Is your student all set to begin school on September 1?”, the district says it is providing providing the web page as a checklist (www.csdnb.org/checklist). Items the page covers include:
- Immunization and physical requirements that apply to students, “entering kindergarten, middle school, or high school (9th grade) in the fall.”
- Parent Portal.
- Registration.
- Transportation.
- Uniform Policy.
“Please note,” the school district says, “that the webpage will be updated over the next several weeks with more information as it becomes available.”
