Community organizations are sponsoring a “Howey House Labor Day BBQ” event at the Friendship Center‘s location on North Street.
The event is planned for the Saturday of the upcoming 2020 Labor Day weekend.
The community event is to be September 5, 2020, from 12:30pm to 3:30pm.
The event is sponsored by New Life II, Greater New Britain Re-Entry, the Community Chest of New Britain and Berlin, the Friendship Center and the North-Oak Neighborhood Revitalization Zone.
The event is at the Howey House, located 180 North Street. The BBQ is to be held in the parking lot.
