Summer Music Series to Feature Moto Caribbean Grooves and Without Wendy
Editor’s note (8/23/2021): Parks and Recreation has announced that the Monday, August 23rd concert by “Moto Caribbean Grooves” has been postponed.
“Moto Caribbean Grooves” and “Without Wendy” are expected perform for the Summer Music Series at Walnut Hill Park the week of August 23, 2021.
The Summer Music Series at New Britain’s historic Walnut Hill Park offers performances on Monday and Wednesday evenings, from July 5th to August 31st. The performances are from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
Moto Caribbean Grooves is set to perform on Monday, August 23, 2021. The band says is a, “Reggae Soca Party band. Moto Caribbean Grooves says that it plays
Fun swaying reggae, partying rhythms, soca sounds…uplifting fun music.
The updated schedule for bands playing at the Summer Music Series is now for Without Wendy to perform on Wednesday, August 25th. The band says that it is a, “A country and rock trio,” formed in Plainville.
The Summer Music Series at Walnut Hill Park is a service of New Britain Parks and Recreation.
