Upcoming COVID Vaccination Clinic Sponsored By SPOTT Unlimited, Reality Outreach & Community Health Center

SPOTT Unlimited, Reality Outreach Inc. and Community Health Center are sponsoring a COVID-19 vaccination clinic on December 27, 2021.

The clinic is to be on Monday, December 27, 2021. It is to be from 12:30pm to 2:00pm at the Pride of CT Elks Lodge

The Pride of CT Elks Lodge is located at 24 Elm Street.

“Offering all vaccines!” clinic organizers say, including Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson and Johnson vaccines.

Organizers say that the clinic is to offer, “1st, 2nd, booster and pediatric doses.”

Transportation is available, organizers say, by calling 860-506-5830.

“Walk in or Pre-register,” clinic organizers say, adding, “scan the QR code to register,” referring to a QR code on the clinic flyer.

Organizers also say that a, “Grab and Go lunch will be served.”
