“Dirty Rotten Scoundrels: the Musical” To Be Performed at NBHS
The New Britain High School Music Department is set to present its student performance of, “Dirty Rotten Scoundrels: the Musical.”
“Follow the exploit of con artists Lawrence Jameson and Freddy Benson,” event organizers say about the play, “as they compete for supremacy in the lovely seaside town of Beaumont-sur-Mer.”
The play is, “based on the 1988 film of the same name written by Dale Launer and Stanley Shapiro & Paul Henning,” event organizers say.
Event organizers say that the show, “features a large ensemble of singers and dancers from New Britain High School,” and, “stars Ethan Roy, Miguel Pagan, Isabella Petrisko, Joshua Torres, Andrea Sims and Dallas Bastek.”
“Directed and Music Directed by Jason Nicolo Ferrandino,” organizers say, “with Choreography by Christine Kuzia, Technical Direction by Robert Smedley and Matthew Sbalcio conducting.”
The play is to have three performances on March 25 and 26, 2022. The play is to be performed at New Britain High School at 110 Mill Street.
