In Willow Brook Park and from yards and streets in surrounding neighborhoods, people from New Britain and other towns celebrated the city’s July 4th fireworks.

Inside Willow Brook Park, where the fireworks display was held, the city held a drive-in fireworks viewing.

In the neighborhoods nearby Willow Brook Park, residents watched the display from front yards and sidewalks, enjoying a warm moonlit July 4th night.

Again, the streets in the Arch and South Street neighborhoods were alive with celebration.

And significant private fireworks displays lit up the sky from all directions.
