The University says that Farrish’s appointment is interim until March and that, “she will go before a state legislative committee for consideration for a full term.”

The Commission says that its, “mission is to administer and enforce the provisions of the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, and to thereby ensure citizen access to the records and meetings of public agencies in the State of Connecticut.”
