City Council member Candyce Scott (D-3) says that she enjoyed meeting with constituents at the senior apartments at the old New Britain High School on Bassett Street.
Revered community leader, Mr. Alton Brooks, a resident of the apartments, joined the meeting in which Scott met with residents.

Scott says that she wanted, at the “Meet and Greet” event, to hear residents’ concerns and provide them with information that might be helpful to them.

The city’s Ward 3 is mainly in the center of the city. It includes a number of public and private senior apartment complexes.
