A Tip-A-Firefighter event is being planned by the New Britain Fire Department, firefighter union Local 992 and Chili’s New Britain.
Organizers say that the event is, “a charity event benefiting New Britain communities with emergency preparedness and disaster relief programs.”
The event is on September 25, 2019, from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. It will be held at Chili’s New Britain.
“You must bring a flyer with you and 15% of your total bill will be donated by Chili’s,” says event organizers.
Organizers says that flyers are available at New Britain firehouses and at City Hall in room 306. Questions are being directed to lauren.dimitruck@newbritainct.gov.
