An online forum is to be held on the process of obtaining a pardon on November 12, 2020.
The event is sponsored by the New Britain Branch of the NAACP, St. James Missionary Baptist Church and the New Britain State’s Attorney’s Office.
The event is to provide:

- What is a pardon
- Who is eligible for a pardon
- What paperwork do you need
- Question and answer session
