CCSU Planetarium Hosting Free Shows About Invisible Light
The CCSU Planetarium and Observatory is hosting free shows on “Invisible Light”.
The Planetarium says,
We’ve all seen a rainbow, but there is a lot more going on out there than what can be seen in visible light. Both space and earth-based telescopes are used to reveal those parts of the electromagnetic spectrum that we cannot see directly. Join us as we uncover what you’ve been missing.
The Planetarium has said,
Doors to the planetarium (Copernicus Hall Room 211) open 30 min. before show time. Arrive at least 15 min. early as the presentation starts promptly and there is no late admission once the lights are turned off. Please note that we have a strict NO FOOD, DRINK, or CANDY/GUM policy.
The shows are to be Wednesday, March 4, 2025 at 12:15pm and Friday, March 7th at 7pm.
