New Britain Public Library: Author’s Tea

The New Britain Public Library is hosting a “Author’s Tea,” events. The event is with tea and treats, the Library says. “Ages 3-8, accompanied by an adult. No registration.”

The events include and have included, the Library says:

  • April 11, 2024, with wona Ochab, will read her book, Frankie the Fox and Owen the Ox: A Friendship Story.
  • November 2, 2023, with Linda Lanciet-Saltman for a reading of A Jiffie Adventure: Jiffie Saves the Day, “Best for ages 3-8, accompanied by an adult.”
  • April 20, 2023, with Carl Baker, author of Bliss and Her Friends. Recommended for children ages 3 to 8.
  • October 20, 2022, with Patricia Bellamy-Mathis, author of Down South for the Summer, “Best suited for ages 3-8 accompanied by an adult.”
  • September 19, 2022 with Joanna Lee Doster, “author of the series Tails of Jaxx,” “Best suited for ages 5-10 accompanied by an adult.”
