“Skills to Save a Life” Training at Spottswood AME Zion Church for Heart Month

Please join us in making a difference. February is Heart Month so please come out and join us, learn and get an understanding of how to respond in emergencies to save lives. We want you to participate in our Stop the Bleed, CPR and Narcan use education, and when to call 911. These critical skills empower you to act quickly and effectively during emergencies. Don’t wait, equip yourself with the knowledge to make a life saving impact. These essential programs are designed to empower our members at Spottswood and the surrounding community with the skills needed to recognize the signs, crisis and opioid overdose as well as CPR. by participating, learn how to effectively intervene and support individuals in need, making our Church and community a safer place for everyone.
