The Polonia Business Association and Little Poland are encouraging people in the community to enjoy Polish Night with the New Britain Bees. The New Britain Bees are dedicating their August 11, 2018 home game to celebrating Polish culture.
The Polonia Business Association and Little Poland, in their invitation to the event, say,
We hope you had fun at the Little Poland Festival. Tens of thousands of visitors came to shop, dance and eat in New Britain’s dynamic Little Poland neighborhood. Let’s continue the fun as we watch our hometown Bees take on the Lancaster Barnstormers.

The Bees will host the Lancaster Barnstormers on Saturday, August 11th in a game that will begin at 6:35pm.
The Polonia Business Association and Little Poland add that the game is,
Featuring fireworks, food and fun. There is a lot of buzz about this game. Make sure to say hi and take a picture with Maja the Bee as she joins the Bee’s Sting and Little Poland’s Stanley the Dragon to greet fans.
As of August 8th, the Bees had a 13-14 record in the second half of the season and 46-44 overall. They are in third place in the Liberty Division of the Atlantic League.
