Summer Meals Available for Children and Teens

Foodshare‘s New Britain Hunger Action Team is spreading the word about free meals available for children and teens in the city during the summer of 2019.

The federally funded summer meals program provides breakfast and lunch at various locations in the city Monday through Friday.

The promotion says that, “all kids and teens are welcome at every site,” and that, “No registration or ID required.”

Different sites are open through different dates and at different times. Some locations do not offer both breakfast and lunch.
