The New Britain Area League of Women Voters are hosting a Panel Discussion featuring 2019 candidates for Board of Education.
“Everyone is welcome to our meet and greet with Board of Ed members and candidates!” says the League. “Talk about the schools and education issues.”
The Panel Discussion event will be on September 24, 2019 from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.
It will be held at Trinity-On-Main, which is located at 69 Main Street.
“This is a pot luck, so either bring a dish or donate $5 to cover the cost of supper,” says the League.
The New Britain Area League of Women Voters (LWV) says that,
The LWV is a non-partisan, political organization of women and men. We do not support candidates or parties, but we do support issues which are selected by our members. We are involved in Candidate Debates, Voter Registration, Voter Service Activities, we present topical discussions and lobby for League supported issues at the local, state and federal levels. We also enjoy each others’ company!
