New Britain schools Superintendent Nancy Sarra is to hold on online Town Hall meeting to discuss plans for reopening city schools.
“Several weeks ago, Governor Lamont announced that all school districts throughout Connecticut would reopen on time at 100% capacity,” the Consolidated School District of New Britain says, “Here in CSDNB, we have been planning for our reopening.”
Last week, on July 17, 2020, the school district said that it will be submitting its reopening, “plan to the CT Department of Education next week, and at that time, we will share it with all of you.”
“Superintendent Nancy Sarra will be holding a virtual town hall to update all families on where we are in the planning process,” the school district says.
The online town hall meeting is to be Thursday, July 23, 2020. It is to start at 5:00pm.

Meanwhile, the school district is still making available an online form, to allow people to provide feedback on, “how we are planning for the upcoming school year.”
