CCSU Planetarium Hosting Free Show on Pluto
The CCSU Planetarium and Observatory is hosting free shows on Pluto.
The Planetarium says,
Pluto belongs to a large population of icy, rocky objects that are not planets. Why was Pluto previously classified as a planet?
The Planetarium has said,
Doors to the planetarium (Copernicus Hall Room 211) open 30 min. before show time. Arrive at least 15 min. early as the presentation starts promptly and there is no late admission once the lights are turned off. Please note that we have a strict NO FOOD, DRINK, or CANDY/GUM policy. After our evening show we will observe the night sky with telescopes, if the weather permits. Our standard planetarium shows are not recommended for children under 5 years old
The show is to be Friday, April 3 at 7:00pm. The show was rescheduled from February.
