Friends of the New Britain Public Library Hosting Annual Textbook Sale

The Annual Textbook Sale, sponsored by the Friends of the New Britain Public Library will be held from August 29 – September 19 this year, on the Main floor of the library on 20 High Street in New Britain. It will be open during library hours (visit www.newbritainlibrary.org).

It features gently used textbooks across diverse disciplines (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Early Childhood Education, Nursing, Medicine, Business Management, Sociology, Psychology to name a few) workbooks, reference works and books for homeschoolers. Local college students and teachers are sure to find some great bargains for the upcoming semester. At $4/- for hardcovers and $2/- for paperbacks, the books sell fast so come early for the best bargains. This is a cash-only event. All proceeds directly benefit the New Britain Public Library.
