Downtown Players Present “Moana Jr.” – Postponed to July 30th

Update (7/29/2021): Parks and Recreation has announced that, due to inclement weather, this performance is postponed to July 30th at 7:00pm.

The Downtown Players Youth Theatre program will present a one-night-only performance of “Moana Jr.” in Walnut Hill Park.

The Downtown Players are a program of New Britain Parks and Recreation, which says, “our Downtown Players Youth Theatre Camp will perform their end of the summer production of Disney’s Moana Jr.!”

The performance is to be on Thursday, July 30, 2021 at 7:00pm. The play will be performed at the Darius Miller Bandshell in Walnut Hill Park. The performance had originally been planned for July 29th, but Parks and Recreation announced that it was, “postponed due to inclement weather.”

Parks and Recreation says that admission is free and that, “Food will be available for purchase.”
